Anne Hutch students and staff treated the senior citizens of our community to a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast last Friday morning. It was amazing to observe our 5th grade students demonstrating our ethical habit of generosity as they volunteered their time and talents to take breakfast orders, serve our guests, and provide holiday entertainment.
I would like to thank Felicia Maldari and Bobbi Iacovelli, our Student Council moderators, for organizing this wonderful event as well as our faculty and staff members who volunteered to cook and serve at this breakfast.
I would also like to recognize our talented music teacher, Ms. Greene, for leading the orchestra and chorus through a program of holiday favorites, as well as Mrs. Hendry, for leading our Irish Step Dancers, and last, but certainly not least, our Japanese Activities Committee, for leading our beautiful children’s choir.
The seniors showed great appreciation for the kindness of our wonderful students.
